二、使用特性
声纳用纵向水密电缆一般用在水密穿舱部位,在外护套破损情况下,依靠电缆护套及电缆内部密封填料来延缓进入电缆内部的水的流动速度,提高设备使用的可靠性。

三、主要性能The main performance
电缆芯数可根据用户需要从1芯到37芯,电缆导体结构优先采用下表所示,导体电阻应符合下表规定。
Some cable core according to user needs from 1 to 37 core. cable conductor structure preferred as shown in the tablebelow. conductor resistance should comply with the regulations of the table below.
电缆导体金属丝之间涂满阻水胶,缆芯绝缘外的空隙填满阻水材料,在内外护套与屏蔽(如有)之间涂满阳水胶来延缓水的流动,另外在外护套内部密实绕包阻水带,其材料特性为遇水会膨胀,填满电缆缝隙,从而达到密封效果。电缆纵向水密封性能试验:电缆-端开口放置在4.5MPa水压下6小时不滴水。电缆经过1000次双向弯曲(弯曲半径250mm),应不发生断芯,且导体直流电阻、耐电压试验和绝缘电阻无明显变化。

Cable after 1000 two-way bending (250 mm) bending radius, should not break in the core, and the conductor dcresistance, resistance to voltage test and insulation resistance has no obvious change.
