科研人员将3种蒎烯合成酶(pinene synthases,PS)和3种香叶基二磷酸合成酶(geranyl diphosphate 

synthases,GPPS)进行两两组合,以筛选比较蒎烯产量zui细菌的组合,结果zui细菌产量约为28mg/L。 具有可检测性,如对吸附在肠道上皮细胞的菌落的影响、存活能力、对人体大肠功能的影响、产生抑菌物。
