【预期用途】
尼古丁(Nicotine)是烟草中的主要生物碱,是导致吸烟成瘾的物质动因,也是评价人体摄入烟草烟雾的常用指标。但因为尼古丁半衰期短,无法作为标志物检测,其代谢物可替宁因为半衰期长作为吸烟和戒烟的标志物。
本品采用竞争抑制法和胶体金免疫层析技术,用于快速定性检测人体唾液中的可替宁,适用于评价烟草烟雾摄入的初步筛查。

2000年,美国科学家首先发现,许多海洋细菌的基因组中包含着编码视紫质的基因。视紫质是视网膜上一种
与色素相关的蛋白,细菌通过视紫质从太阳光中获得能量。随后,科学家们利用定点突变技术,对海洋细菌
中视紫质的功能进行了研究。结果表明,视紫质介导的光养(从光获取能量的过程)作用使海洋细菌在营养
贫乏的环境中能够更好的生存。
平均一升海水中含有约十亿个细菌,其中大部分都有视紫质基因。这些细菌的生存对于的碳循环和海洋
食物链中具有重要作用。自上世纪50年代提出“益生菌(probiotics)”这一概念后,后人有对其进行不同
程度的发展和完善。1965年,Lilly和Stillwell首先提出利用活的微生物作为动物饲料添加剂来减少抗生素
的应用。1989年,Fuller*次给益生菌做了被广泛认同的概述:益生菌是一类活的、食品或饲料的微生物
添加剂,在宿主肠道内可以调节其微生态平衡,从而改善宿主的健康状况。2001年,FAO/WHO对益生菌的概
述进行了规范“益生菌(Probiotics)为一类活的微生物,当有足够量的活菌体到达宿主肠道、定植从而改
变宿主肠道菌落平衡,进而对宿主起着健康效应”。所有关于益生菌的定义都包含着两个共同点:①活的微
生物;②具有改善宿主健康的功效。
目前已知的益生菌主要来源于乳酸菌(Lactobacilli)属、双歧杆菌(Bifidobacteria)属和革兰氏阳性球
菌(如粪链球菌、乳球菌、中介链球菌等)。此外,还有一些酵母菌与酶亦可归入益生菌的范畴。乳酸菌和
双歧杆菌都是革兰氏阳性菌,都可经发酵产生乳酸,是人体和动物肠道内的正细菌微生态菌落的组成。
乳酸菌不产生芽孢,菌体形态呈杆状。乳酸菌大多生长在营养丰富、并富含碳水化合物的基质中,如:人和
动物粘膜细胞、植物体或以植物为原料的基质、污水、乳制品以及细菌了的食品。
双歧杆菌为人类的整个生命过程中正细菌人体肠道菌群组成部分。新生婴儿出生后的几天里粪便里就能检测
出有双歧杆菌的存在,之后在数量上便不断的增加。成年人体内的双歧杆菌数量细菌达 1010-1011cfu/g,
但这一数量会随着年龄的增长而减少。双歧杆菌无运动性、不产生芽孢、具有多种外形、大部分菌种为严格
厌氧型。
