【预期用途】

尼古丁(Nicotine)是烟草中的主要生物碱,是导致吸烟成瘾的物质动因,也是评价人体摄入烟草烟雾的常用指标。但因为尼古丁半衰期短,无法作为标志物检测,其代谢物可替宁因为半衰期长作为吸烟和戒烟的标志物。

【主要组成成份】

成分上的不同
益生菌是有生物活性的细菌,益生元主要是无生物活性的糖类物质。
益生菌即有益菌,简单来讲,益生菌是指对人和动物有益的细菌,以双歧杆菌为代表。益生菌通过调理肠道菌群,维持肠道菌群的平衡,从而促进营养物质的吸收、提细菌免疫力、预防和治疗便秘及腹泻、降低血脂、抑制肠道细菌源和细菌微生物的生长,分解致癌物质等。人和动物体内有益的细菌或真菌主要有:双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、酪酸梭菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、酵母菌等。例如,异麦芽低聚糖,就是一种能够促进肠道内双歧杆菌等肠道益生菌生长的优质益生元。2、作用方式不同
益生元是促进肠道有益菌的生长从而发挥间接作用,益生菌是直接作用。
益生元主要是低聚糖,是以未经消化的形式进入胃肠道,通过降低PH值,促进双歧杆菌等益生菌的生长,间接地促进胃肠道健康和营养素的吸收。
益生菌是外源细菌,作用更直接。但是,它有较明显的针对性,即针对不同的细菌因及体质,添加不同的菌种,如双歧杆菌对胃肠道疾细菌有显著功效等。
3、受胃酸环境的影响不同
在胃部强酸性的环境下,益生菌作为添加的外来细菌,其活性在一定程度上会受到胃酸的破坏,只有活着进入胃肠道的有益菌才能发挥功效;而益生元只是一种糖类,而不是生物,不存在存活率的问题。
4、免疫系统识别影响
免疫系统对于由外部而来的益生菌有识别的过程,当外部添加益生菌时,不同体质可能会产生不同的反应,而对于益生元来说则没有这方面的问题。如果要长期调养肠胃的话,建议选择不会产生免疫反应的益生元。
5、生产和保存工艺不同
益生菌菌株存活环境要求细菌,对生产和包装工艺都有很细菌标准要求,益生菌的载体是片剂、胶囊和粉末。益生菌产品必须低温冷藏保存,这样才能zui大限度地保持其中活性益生菌的数量。如乳酸制品中的益生菌,一般保质期在1个月内,冷藏温度控制在2~10℃左右。而益生元的生产和保存的工艺则没有这方面的严格要求。美国密苏里州科技大学的研究人员发现一种盐厌氧菌属可以产生氢,未来或可作为大量制备氢的方式之一,以减轻世界对石油的依赖。
