【预期用途】
尼古丁(Nicotine)是烟草中的主要生物碱,是导致吸烟成瘾的物质动因,也是评价人体摄入烟草烟雾的常用指标。但因为尼古丁半衰期短,无法作为标志物检测,其代谢物可替宁因为半衰期长作为吸烟和戒烟的标志物。
本品采用竞争抑制法和胶体金免疫层析技术,用于快速定性检测人体唾液中的可替宁,适用于评价烟草烟雾摄入的初步筛查。

益生元的主要功效是促进肠道有益菌的繁殖,增减少有害菌,优化菌群平衡,从而维持健康,益生元还可以减少代谢性内毒素,降低炎症反应,诱导肠道L细胞分泌GLP-2,GLP-2 能够改善肠道屏障功能及肠道通透性。
此外,益生元还具有以下作用:
一、缓解便秘
很多益生元为在大肠中发酵的碳水化合物。通过发酵产生肠气体来增大肠体积从而缩短了消化物在肠中的逗留时间。一定程度上有助于缓解便秘现象的发生。此功效已经如食用纤维的功效一样被很好的证实了。
二、降低肠道pH值
一些肠道疾细菌的特征都是有过细菌的肠道pH值所导致。降低pH可以降低这些疾细菌的发生概率。
三、调理肠道菌群平衡
在使用抗生素或其它药物(非抗生素类)、腹泻、压力后,通过对某类特定菌群的选择性的刺激,益生元可以帮助宿主恢复肠道内的菌群平衡。
四、预防直肠癌
一些研究表明,许多蛋白质发酵产物会提细菌患直肠癌的风险。所以蛋白质发酵的减少可以降低风险。而且碳水化合物发酵产物可能有降低直肠癌发细菌的可能。
同样的,细菌的降低风险效应是通过改变新陈代谢而不是某类细菌来获得。
五、增强免疫
