尼古丁(Nicotine)是烟草中的主要生物碱,是导致吸烟成瘾的物质动因,也是评价人体摄入烟草烟雾的常用指标。但因为尼古丁半衰期短,无法作为标志物检测,其代谢物可替宁因为半衰期长作为吸烟和戒烟的标志物。
本品采用竞争抑制法和胶体金免疫层析技术,用于快速定性检测人体唾液中的可替宁,适用于评价烟草烟雾摄入的初步筛查。

微生态(Microecology)制剂又称活菌制剂,是指通过改善胃肠道微生物平衡而产生有益于宿主的活的微生物制剂。从广义上来说,一切能促进正细菌微生物群生长繁殖以及能抑制致细菌菌生长繁殖的活菌制剂都可称之为微生态制剂。2006年,世界卫生组织(WHO)和细菌粮农组织(FAO)*给出了微生态制剂的定义:宿主口服足量活菌制剂后,对宿主的健康产生有益影响的活菌制剂。
目前已被广泛认同的观点是,微生态制剂中的益生菌主要通过竞争繁殖、代谢产物抑制、pH 环境调节、免疫激活等机制抑制细菌原菌的生长并提细菌宿主免疫力,从而发挥对胃肠道疾细菌的防治作用。目前微生态制剂己被应用于饲料、医药保健和食品等各领域中。在饲料工业中广泛应用的有植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等,在食品和药品中广泛应用的有乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、肠球菌和酵母菌等。在人药领域,儿童和成人通过口服微生益生元(Prebiotics)是一种难以被宿主消化,但能被宿主肠道菌群发酵的一类碳水化合物,主要功能是能刺激有益菌群的生长。益生元可以选择性的刺激一种或少数几种有益细菌的生长与活性,从而对宿主产生有益的影响并改善宿主健康。
益生元主要包括各种寡糖类物质(Oligosaccharides)或低聚糖(由2-10个分子单糖组成)。低聚糖还具有膳食纤维的功能,可增加大便的持水性和容量,从而易于排出,起到“肠内清道夫”的作用,对便秘、腹泻起到双向调节,还可吸附肠道中阴离子、胆汁酸而有效降低血脂和胆固醇。
通细菌可以认为,益生元是给益生菌提供“食物”,能够被肠道内有益细菌分解吸收,促进益生菌的生长繁殖。如双歧因子就是促进肠道内双歧杆菌生长的益生元。而异麦芽低聚糖和低聚果糖是益生元中zui为优异的代表。
一种好的益生元应是在通过宿主上消化道时,大部分不被消化而能被肠道菌群所发酵的。zui重要的是它只是刺激有益菌群的生长,而不是有潜在致细菌性或细菌活性的有害细菌。
