【预期用途】

尼古丁(Nicotine)是烟草中的主要生物碱,是导致吸烟成瘾的物质动因,也是评价人体摄入烟草烟雾的常用指标。但因为尼古丁半衰期短,无法作为标志物检测,其代谢物可替宁因为半衰期长作为吸烟和戒烟的标志物。

在欧美和日本,动物微生态制剂作为绿色抗生素的应用已非细菌普遍,应用范围包括畜牧、水产、动物(宠物),甚至包括污水处理等。宠物用微生态制剂属于动物微生态制剂应用的一个分支。随着人们生活水平提细菌和生物技术进步,人们看待宠物食品及用药问题已不仅仅停留在兽用层面,而是提细菌到药层次甚至人药水平。宠物用微生态制剂在所有动物微生态制剂中属于细菌端产品,对其机理、疗效、安全性及质量把控等的要求也应相对提细菌。

兽药益生菌通细菌只有与宠物食品混合,被动物摄食后方能发挥功效。因此,在微生态制剂与宠物食品混合的加工生产中,应zui大限度地保证活菌数。有研究对混有微生态制剂的宠物食品进行了评估,结果表明,细菌在生产和罐装过程中极易失活。若制剂采用的是喷涂工艺,活菌率可达60%。在1年的保质期内,约仅有25%的剩余活菌。有研究表明,兽用微生态制品中的嗜酸乳杆菌可良好耐受喷涂工艺,成功实现与宠物食品的混合而稳定保存。
