牛是布鲁氏菌的易感动物,患病的奶牛可通过牛奶排菌,如果有人食用了未经消毒的带菌牛奶,就可能感染布鲁氏菌病。有人对临床采集的牛奶样品进行了检测实验,也从牛奶中检测到了布鲁氏菌,证实患病牛产的奶确实可能带有布鲁氏菌。
临床上一旦检测出布鲁氏菌病的奶牛将被扑杀,奶牛尸体及其胎儿、胎衣、排泄物采取深埋、化制或焚烧,扑杀前或隔离饲养期间产生的乳,都集中收集并进行高温等无害化处理。而发现有布鲁氏菌病的农场也将暂时封场,这期间奶牛的奶不会上市,只有连续检疫正常后才会准许正常供奶。因此通常情况下,市场上销售的牛奶都是健康奶,而且经过消毒,不会传染布鲁氏菌病。
不过,有的人一味追求“未经加工的原生态牛奶”,觉得“营养好、风味佳”,用这样的奶制成的“*、无添加”的奶制品也对许多人很多吸引力。从理论上说,如果养殖条件好,卫生设施完善,刚刚挤出的“生奶”倒也没有多大危险。但如果奶牛被布鲁氏菌感染致病,那么它们的奶也就会被污染。如果顾客购买食用了这种患病牛的奶,就有可能感染布鲁氏菌病。
利福平胶囊药物属于抗结核的药物。许多结核病患者认为服用利福平不能喝牛奶,事实上这是一种误解。
结核病患病通常需要加强营养,补充蛋白质,而牛奶中富含人体所必需的蛋白质、微量元素等,喝牛奶是一个不错的选择,因此在肺结核治疗期间*可以喝牛奶。
