Quantity size :   0.1ml  （dilute with pH 7.4    0.01 M PBS or antibody diluent ） Background: Alanine Transaminase [glutamic pyruvate transaminase - GPT] participates in cellular nitrogen metabolism and also in liver gluconeogenesis starting with precursors transported from skeletal muscles. Pyridoxal phosphate is a known cofactor. Expression is induced by glucocorticoids. This enzyme is present in a high concentration in liver tissue and it's release into the blood indicates liver disease or damage.

Storage:  Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The  lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater  than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent  of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
