TDCM 是北亿纤通推出的具有可调功能的色散补偿模块,是针对现有大容量传输系统进行色散微调的一种色散补偿模块;G.652 标准光纤在 1550nm 附近波长的色散是正的(17-20)ps/(nm·km),G.655 标准光纤在 1550nm 波长的色散是正的(4-6)ps/(nm·km),并且具有正的色散斜率,因此需要在这些光纤中加接具有负色散的色散补偿光纤,进行色散补偿,以保证整条光纤线路的总色散近似为零,从而实现高速度、大容量、长距离的通信。
色散是光纤的传输特性之一,光脉冲信号在光纤中传输一段距离以后将出现时间上的展宽,产生码间干扰,从而增加误码率,影响通信质量。
