汽轮机监视系统(TSI)是一种集保护和检测功能于一身的监视系统,是大型旋转机械的保护系统。
TSI可以对机组在起动、运行过程中的一些重要参数能可靠地进行监视和储存,它不仅能指示机组运行状态、记录输出信号、实现数值越限报警、出现危险信号时使机组自动停机,同时还能为故障诊断提供数据,因而广泛地应用于3MW~600MW的各种汽轮发电机组上。
一、汽轮机监视的内容
汽机应监视和保护的项目随蒸汽参数的升高而增多,且随机组不一而各有差异,一般有以下一些参数:
(1)轴向位移监视:连续监视推力盘到推力轴承的相对位置,以保证转子与静止部件间不发生摩擦,避免灾难性事故的发生。当轴向位移过大时,发出报警或停机信号。
(2)差胀监视:连续检测转子相对于汽缸上某基准点(通常为推力轴承)的膨胀量,一般采用电涡流探头进行测量,也可用线性差动位移变送器(LVDT)进行测量。
(3)缸胀监视:连续监测汽缸相对于基础上某一基准点(通常为滑销系统的死点)的膨胀量。由于膨胀范围大,目前一般都采用LVDT进行缸胀监视。
(4)零转速监视:连续监测转子的零转速状态。当转速低于某规定值时,报警继电器动作,以便投入盘车装置。
(5)转速监视:连续监测转子的转速。当转速高于设定值时给出报警信号或停机信号。
(6)振动监视:监视主轴相对于轴承座的相对振动和轴承座的振动。
(7)偏心度监视:连续监视偏心度的峰-峰值和瞬时值。转速为1~600r/min时,主轴每转一圈测量一次偏心度峰-峰值,此值与键相脉冲同步。当转速低于1r/min时,机组不再盘车而停机,这时瞬时偏心度仪表的读数应小,这就是转子停车位置。
(8)相位监视:采用相位计连续测量选定的输入振动信号的相位。输入信号取自键相信号和相对振动信号,经转换后供显示或记录。
(9)阀位指示:连续指示调速汽门的动作位置。

The turbine safety monitoring system (TSI) is a monitoring system that integrates protection and detection functions, and is an essential protection system for large rotating machinery.
TSI can reliably monitor and store some important parameters of the unit during startup and operation. It can not only indicate the operating status of the unit, record output signals, achieve numerical limit exceeding alarms, and automatically shut down the unit in case of danger signals, but also provide data for fault diagnosis. Therefore, it is widely used in various steam turbine generator units ranging from 3MW to 600MW.
1、 Content of turbine safety monitoring
The items that should be monitored and protected by the steam turbine increase with the increase of steam parameters, and there are differences in random groups, generally including the following parameters:
(1) Axial displacement monitoring: Continuously monitor the relative position of the thrust disc to the thrust bearing to ensure that there is no friction between the rotor and stationary components, and to avoid catastrophic accidents. When the axial displacement is too large, an alarm or shutdown signal is issued.
(2) Differential expansion monitoring: Continuously detects the expansion of the rotor relative to a certain reference point (usually a thrust bearing) on the cylinder, usually measured using an eddy current probe or a linear differential displacement transmitter (LVDT).
(3) Cylinder expansion monitoring: Continuously monitoring the expansion of the cylinder relative to a certain reference point (usually the dead center of the sliding pin system) on the foundation. Due to the large expansion range, LVDT is currently commonly used for cylinder expansion monitoring.
(4) Zero speed monitoring: Continuously monitor the zero speed status of the rotor. When the speed drops below a specified value, the alarm relay acts in order to activate the turning gear.
(5) Speed monitoring: Continuously monitor the speed of the rotor. When the speed exceeds the set value, an alarm signal or shutdown signal is given.
(6) Vibration monitoring: Monitor the relative vibration of the spindle relative to the bearing seat and the vibration of the bearing seat.
(7) Eccentricity monitoring: continuously monitoring the peak to peak and instantaneous values of eccentricity. At a speed of 1-600r/min, the eccentricity peak to peak is measured once per revolution of the spindle, which is synchronized with the keyphase pulse. When the speed is lower than 1 r/min, the unit stops without turning, and the instantaneous eccentricity meter reading should be the smallest, which is the rotor parking position.
(8) Phase monitoring: Use a phase meter to continuously measure the phase of the selected input vibration signal. The input signal is taken from the keyphase signal and the relative vibration signal, and is converted for display or recording.
(9) Valve position indication: Continuously indicating the action position of the speed control valve.
