墙体喷绘机长期不使用的处理方法

1.关闭喷绘机的电源。

2.将机头移到至左端清洁位置，在喷头下方放一个耐腐蚀容器用于盛装清洗废液。

3.用玻璃注射器抽出或者直接倒出副墨罐中的墨水，然后用清洗液将副墨罐洗干净。

4.将喷头上的供墨管(源自副墨罐)拔掉，然后用玻璃注射器抽取40ml清洗液清洗喷头，共做2次。不要把喷头中残留的清洗液吹干净，要留足够的清洗液在喷头内部，因为清洗液对喷嘴可以起到保持湿润作用。

5.将处理过的喷头放入干净的耐腐蚀容器并密封(用保鲜膜就不错)起来后可存放1个月左右。
