本机是糖浆,口服液等灌装、旋（轧）盖二机合一的液体灌装机，适用于各种20-100ml瓶的玻璃瓶,塑料瓶的液体灌装和旋（轧）盖。机器采用潜入式灌装结构，灌装时，灌装头自动伸入瓶子底部。边灌装边上升，液体无溢出；为防止污染工作台，机器设有无瓶止灌装置；采用高精度活塞式灌装，灌装计量分粗、精两级调整，简单方便。组合式灌装管路及灌装组件，拆卸、消毒、回装十分方便。采用调节气阀，能很方便的调节旋（轧）盖压力大小；采用变频调整系统，能方便的适应各种不同规格的瓶子及不同粘度液体灌装的不同速度需要。本机有旋螺纹盖和轧盖防盗盖二种机型可供选择（使用厂家:北京贝丽莱斯生物化学/广西昌洲天然药业/四川蜀城药业）
