According to the international standard ISO9136-2:19 99 (E), the technical requirements for” the measurement of the bulk density of the abrasive material,

工作原理:将待测的微粉装入漏斗,微粉在自身的堆积作用下处于堆积状态。当电磁振荡器启动后,微粉在电磁振动的作用下,途径流入测量桶中,将落入到测量筒中的微粉刮平,在天平上称取刮平后测量筒中的微粉质量,再除以测量筒的容积,就可以测出待测微粉的堆积密度

Working principle : Place the tested micropowder in the funnel, and the micropowder will be stable under its own accumulation.When start the electromagnetic oscillator, under the action of electromagnetic vibration, micro powder will follow into the measurement cylinder in particular ways and methods, Scrape the micropowder which in measuring cylinder and make it leveling , weight the micropowder left in the measurement cylinder after leveling on the balance scale , then divided by the volume of measuring cylinder, your can measure the bulk density of powder under test
