The oxygen index analyzer is a testing instrument for homogeneous materials, laminated materials, foam materials, films and film materials. YZS数显氧指数测定仪操作方法:

★检查气路,确定各部分连接无误,无漏气现象。

★确定实验开始时的氧浓度:根据经验或试样在空气中点燃的情况,估计开始实验时的氧浓度。如试样在空气中迅速燃烧,则开始实验时的氧浓度为18%左右;如在空气中缓慢燃烧或时断时续,则为21%左右;在空气中离开点火源即马上熄灭,则至少为25%。根据经验,确定该地板革氧指数测定实验初始氧浓度为26%。氧浓度确定后,在混合气体的总流量为10l/min的条件下,便可确定氧气、氮气的流量。例如,若氧浓度为26%,则氧气、氮气的流量分别为2.5l/min和7.5l/min。

★安装试样:将试样夹在夹具上,垂直地安装在燃烧筒的**位置上(注意要划50mm标线),保证试样顶端低于燃烧筒顶端至少100mm,罩上燃烧筒(注意燃烧筒要轻拿轻放)。

★通气并调节流量:开启氧、氮气钢瓶阀门,调节减压阀压力为0.2~0.3MPa(由教员完成),然后开启氮气和氧气管道阀门(在仪器后面标注有红线的管路为氧气,另一路则为氮气,应注意:先开氮气,后开氧气,且阀门不宜开得过大),然后调节稳压阀,仪器压力表指示压力为0.1±0.01MPa,并保持该压力(禁止使用过高气压)。调节流量调节阀,通过转子流量计读取数据(应读取浮子上沿所对应的刻度),得到稳定流速的氧、氮气流。应注意:在调节氧气、氮气浓度后,必须用调节好流量的氧氮混合气流冲洗燃烧筒至少30s(排出燃烧筒内的空气)。

★点燃试样:用点火器从试样的顶部中间点燃,勿使火焰碰到试样的棱边和侧表面。在确认试样顶端全部着火后,立即移去点火器,开始计时或观察试样烧掉的长度。点燃试样时,火焰作用的时间A长为30s,若在30s内不能点燃,则应增大氧浓度,继续点燃,直至30s内点燃为止。

★确定临界氧浓度的大致范围:点燃试样后,立即开始记时,观察试样的燃烧长度及燃烧行为。若燃烧终止,但在1s内又自发再燃,则继续观察和记时。如果试样的燃烧时间超过3min,或燃烧长度超过50mm(满足其中之一),说明氧的浓度太高,必须降低,此时记录实验现象记“×”,如试样燃烧在3min和50mm之前熄灭,说明氧的浓度太低,需提高氧浓度,此时记录实验现象记“Ο”。如此在氧的体积百分浓度的整数位上寻找这样相邻的四个点,要求这四个点处的燃烧现象为“ΟΟ××”。例如若氧浓度为26%时,烧过50mm的刻度线,则氧过量,记为“×”,下一步调低氧浓度,在25%做**次,判断是否为氧过量,直到找到相邻的四个点为氧不足、氧不足、氧过量、氧过量,此范围即为所确定的临界氧浓度的大致范围。

★在上述测试范围内,缩小步长,从低到高,氧浓度每升高0.4%重复一次以上测试,观察现象,并记录。

If the sample burns rapidly in the air, the oxygen concentration at the beginning of the experiment is about 18%; if it burns slowly or intermittently in the air, it is about 21%; when it leaves the ignition source in the air and immediately goes out, At least 25%. According to experience, it is determined that the initial oxygen concentration of the floor leather oxygen index measurement experiment is 26%. After the oxygen concentration is determined, the flow rate of oxygen and nitrogen can be determined under the condition that the total flow rate of the mixed gas is 10 l / min. For example, if the oxygen concentration is 26%, the flow rates of oxygen and nitrogen are 2.5 l / min and 7.5 l / min, respectively.

★ Install the sample: Clamp the sample on the fixture and install it vertically on the ** position of the combustion cylinder (note the 50mm mark) to ensure that the top of the sample is at least 100mm lower than the top of the combustion cylinder. Note that the burner should be handled gently.

Ventilation and flow adjustment: Open the oxygen and nitrogen cylinder valves, adjust the pressure reducing valve pressure to 0.2 to 0.3 MPa (completed by the instructor), and then open the nitrogen and oxygen pipeline valves (the pipeline marked with a red line on the back of the instrument is oxygen, and the other The other way is nitrogen, it should be noted that: first open nitrogen, then open oxygen, and the valve should not be opened too large), and then adjust the pressure regulator valve, the instrument pressure gauge indicates that the pressure is 0.1 ± 0.01MPa, and maintain this pressure (prohibited use High pressure). Adjust the flow control valve and read the data through the rotor flowmeter (the corresponding scale on the upper edge of the float should be read) to obtain a stable flow of oxygen and nitrogen. It should be noted that after adjusting the concentration of oxygen and nitrogen, the combustion cylinder must be flushed with the adjusted flow of oxygen-nitrogen mixed gas for at least 30s (exhaust the air in the combustion cylinder).

★ Ignite the sample: Use an igniter to ignite from the middle of the top of the sample. Do not let the flame hit the edges and side surfaces of the sample. After confirming that the top of the sample is on fire, remove the igniter immediately and start timing or observe the length of the sample burned out. When the sample is ignited, the flame action time A is 30s. If it cannot be ignited within 30s, increase the oxygen concentration and continue to ignite until it ignites within 30s.

★ Determine the approximate range of critical oxygen concentration: immediately after igniting the sample, start timing and observe the burning length and burning behavior of the sample. If the combustion is terminated, but spontaneously re-ignites within 1 s, continue observation and timing. If the burning time of the sample exceeds 3min, or the burning length exceeds 50mm (one of them is satisfied), it means that the oxygen concentration is too high and must be reduced. At this time, record the experimental phenomenon and record “×”. For example, if the sample burns before 3min and 50mm When it is off, it means that the oxygen concentration is too low, and the oxygen concentration needs to be increased. At this time, the experimental phenomenon "0" is recorded. In this way, looking for such four adjacent points on the integer digits of the volume percentage concentration of oxygen, it is required that the combustion phenomenon at these four points is “0 ××”. For example, if the oxygen concentration is 26% and the 50mm mark is burned, the excess oxygen will be marked as “×”. Next, adjust the oxygen concentration to 25% and do it ** times to determine whether it is oxygen excess until the phase is found. The four adjacent points are oxygen deficiency, oxygen deficiency, oxygen excess, and oxygen excess, and this range is the approximate range of the determined critical oxygen concentration.

★ In the above test range, reduce the step size, from low to high, repeat the test more than once for every 0.4% increase in oxygen concentration, observe the phenomenon, and record.

★ Determine the oxygen index OI based on the above test results.
