泄爆阀主要适用于建材、冶金、电力等行业部门。在承受压力的气体管路容器设备及系统中起瞬间泄压作用，消除对管路、设备的破坏，杜绝超压爆炸事故发生，以保证生产安全运行。

结构特点：

Structure characteristic:

XBF-Ⅰ型由箱体及防爆门组成。当系统压力超过设计压力时，防爆门自行开启泄压，防止系统发生爆炸。泄压后，系统压力降低，防爆门在重锤的作用下自动回位。XBF-Ⅱ型由阀体、防爆片、夹持器、阀盖、重锤等组成。当系统压力超过设计压力时，防爆片自行破裂，防止系统发生爆炸。泄压后，由于重锤的作用，阀盖自动关闭，可避免介质大量外泄。

Type XBF-Ⅰ is made up of body, anti-exploding slice, nip device, lid and heavy hammer etc. When the system pressure exceeds the design pressure, anti-exploding slice would break itself, which can prevent the exploding. After letting out pressure the lid would close automatically in the effect of heavy hammer. And prevent the vent of medium. XBF-Ⅱ is made up of box and anti-exploding gate. When the system pressure exceeds the design pressure, anti-exploding slice would break itself, which can prevent exploding. After letting out pressure the anti-exploding gate would replace automatically in the effect of heavy hammer.
