线束检测台

1.检测项目:回路通断,误配,端子安装到位检测，气密性检测，锁扣漏装，附属件漏装，检测合格提示取走导线. 

2.采用研华工业电脑,22寸液晶湿示器,测试点位为单板240P,与气动工装通过2x8牛角对接，方便插拔.   

3.可外接条码打印机,打印二维条码,三维条码,公司信息及线束品名等,测试合格自动打印标签  

4.检测治具采用防静电电木制作,带指示灯提示功能,方便确准位置 

5.可自动学习回路点和手动学习  

6.测试台为钣金结构，边沿采用不锈钢材料,附有X轴Y轴坐标.气动检测台如下：

线束检测台气动治具简介：

A,将胶盒插治具后,治具上的锁片即卡住接插件.其优点是操作方便测试效率高.      

A,Whethe connecor is plugged into the jig,the locking would lock the connector immediately.The advantages  areConvenient op-eration and high test effciency.      

线束检测台  B,倾斜式与平面式：

1），平面式：主要用于未分割汽车线束系统.由于整车线束比较重，平铺后方便操作，但需要多人操作.       

1),Flat type:Mainly used for unsegmentation automotive harness system.The system for the whole automotive is heavy but convenient to operate when tiled,although it needs several operators to work on it.        

2),倾斜式：主要用于有分割的汽车线束系统.倾斜比较符合人体工程学要求,目前大部份都采取这种方式。

A.公端子相应的位置开出规定大小的方孔,当端子出现歪斜不佳时，连接器将无法放入模块.         

 A, Cut a specified hole at the make terminal’ scor-responding position,and the connector can’t be put into the module when the terminal skews.         

 B,方孔公差为+0.1mm,材料为绝缘耐磨电木板.          

 B, The hole tolerance it +0.1mm ,made from insu-lating and wear-resistance electric board.       

 C,通过特殊探针可以99%检测出未定位或者反插的端子,防止不佳流出           

 C,Unlocated or anti-plugged terminals would be 99% test using special test probed.
