本设备搅拌总成采用活套连轴器连接，便于拆装，用户拆装时，请注意上下搅拌方向位置螺钉部位。接电时注意搅拌，应顺时针方向旋转，若发现钢球磨损时，要及时更换，并且调整或固紧（密封件总式）轴头调节螺母。用户使用时，将本设备清洗消毒后，按比例物料辅入罐内，再启动减速机，待物料搅拌均匀，开启仓门放料。保养时要经常检查减速机润滑油，若不足时要及时补充，在设备暂时不用时一定要用内外清洗干净，要保持内外表清洁光亮，达到经久耐用。
