消防车泵房冬季常用的保温方式

我国地域辽阔,南北纬度跨度较大,特别是在冬季,南北气候分布差别非常明显。东北地区,冬天气温 低甚至可达零下四五十度。在寒冬,载满灭火剂的消防车在救火的中途,其进出水阀门、进出水管路、消防水泵,都有被冻裂的可能。如果消防泵被冻裂,那整个消防车将失去它本该发挥的作用。所以,北方地区,在冬季对消防泵的保温显得尤为重要。

1.泵房保温的目的

维持消防车冬季出警时泵房内的温度,防止由于环境温度低于0℃导致管路内的水结冰,从而导致管路、阀门、泵体等出现涨裂损伤。大家都知道,冰的密度小于水。当相同质量的水凝结成冰时,体积会发生膨胀;而消防车管路的封闭空间会阻止这种膨胀, 终就会导致在膨胀力的作用下管路、阀门、泵体等出现涨裂的情况。

2小型电动消防车常见的几种御寒方式:

1)“穿棉裤”:消防车泵房管路常见的保温方式就是在管路外面包裹一层毛毡或隔温材料。这属于被动式,就像大家小时候见到过的冰棍箱,在冰棍上盖上一层棉被,用于阻止热量散发。

2)“电褥子”:在球阀及管路上缠绕电阻丝,通过电阻丝发热来对管路进行加温。这就属于主动式了,就像给泵房里面铺上一层电褥子,通过主动加温方式来防止结冻。这种方式常见在出口球阀上。

3)“吹空调”:在泵房内安置热风机,通过向泵房内吹热风的方式来保证泵房温度。这种方式需要泵房密封,防止散热太快。这也属于主动方式,就像在泵房里安装了一个供热空调。

4)“电暖气”:在泵房内放置一台家用电暖气,用于泵房内加温。这属于临时应急处理办法,且需要泵房内有足够空间来放置电暖气。
