图1：R-藻红蛋白的细胞内递送到各种细胞系中。将1 μ gR-藻红蛋白与2 μL的Pro-DeliverIN™试剂混合。然后将复合物与不同的细胞系在24孔板中孵育。24小时后通过荧光显微镜观察活细胞。

图2：Pro-DeliverIN 提供功能齐全的蛋白质。在15孔板中用3ng活性人半胱天冬酶-5和24 μL的Pro-DeliverIN试剂处理HeLa细胞。作为对照，单独用15ng半胱天冬酶3，单独使用5 μL的Pro-DeliverIN或100nM星形孢菌素（阳性对照）处理细胞。孵育7h后，用膜联蛋白-FITC和碘化丙啶对细胞进行染色。通过细胞荧光法监测凋亡细胞和死细胞。
