ICAM-1 (intercellular adhesion molecule-1，细胞间黏附分子1), 也称为CD54，是一类接到细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质质检粘附作用的膜表面糖蛋白，是免疫球蛋白的超家族成员之一。它介导表达活化的LFA-1（CD11a / CD18）和Mac-1（CD11b / CD18）的白细胞的血管粘附和细胞旁迁移，可溶性ICAM-1促进血管生成并且作为血管内皮细胞活化或损伤的指标。高水平的可溶性ICAM-1与心血管疾病，2型糖尿病，氧化应激，腹部脂肪量增加，高血压，肝脏疾病，某些恶性肿瘤和脑疟疾有关。
