Machinery  PT500mini机械故障模拟测试台采用ABB小型三相异步电机由联轴器直接驱动，配合变频器来调节转速，以及可调磁粉负载给测试台增加测试负载。可以选择不同故障类型的轴承，在不同转速下，验证轴承缺陷频率特征，还可进行故障齿轮测试、叶轮叶片测试、转子动平衡试验、启停机试验、转轴摩擦试验，在安全可控的环境中单独或与各种缺陷组合搭配实验。不仅作为研究旋转机械故障特征的创新实验平台，配合教学模拟及科研用户的广泛需求。

The P500Mini is driven directly by an ABB small three-phase asynchronous motor  through a coupling, coupled with a frequency converter to adjust the speed. The adjustable magnetic powder load adds testing load to the test bench. Bearings with different  types of faults can be selected to verify the frequency characteristics of bearing defects  at different speeds. Fault gear testing, impeller blade testing, rotor dynamic balance  testing, start stop testing, and shaft friction testing can also be conducted separately or  in combination with various defects in a safe and controllable environment. As an  innovative experimental platform for studying the fault characteristics of rotating  machinery, it fully meets the extensive needs of teaching simulation and scientific  research users.

Machinery PT500mini机械故障模拟测试台主要由三相异步电机、变频器、双支撑轴承、动平衡转子盘、叶轮叶片、转轴、单极传动齿轮组、磁粉负载转矩调节机构、减震基础底座、可调磁粉负载制动器组件等组成。

The test bench is mainly composed of a three-phase asynchronous motor, a  frequency converter, dual support bearings, a dynamic balancing rotor disc,  impeller blades, a shaft, a single pole transmission gear set, a magnetic  powder load torque adjustment mechanism, a shock-absorbing foundation  base, and an adjustable magnetic powder load brake assembly
