机械隔膜计量泵是电机通过直联传动带动蜗轮蜗杆副作变速运动,在曲柄连杆机构的作用下,将旋转运动转变为往复直线运动。

KAYSEN计量泵如何工作?

How does Kaysen metering pump work?
Depending on the brand and model, metering pumps have many different ways. All of these methods require the measurement of a certain amount of chemicals, which is then injected into a pipe or similar container. The metering pump setup has several main parts:
Chemical tank or container The product being measured,
2. Foot valve. This is a one-way valve connected to the suction line. Put it in the product bucket and keep the pump on. It should have a weight so it is still at the bottom of the product drum and sometimes it has a float switch connected to it so the pump has an alarm activated if the product runs out.
The pump itself. This can vary in size and material but is usually a variety of chemically resistant plastics (PVC, PE or similar), rubber or stainless steel. It has a suction line connected to the inlet and a metering line connected to the suction. The mechanism of the pump may vary (see below).
4. The metering line is usually quite rigid PVC or PE pipe or reinforced hose. Occasionally in steam, hot water or extra high pressure applications, the line can be stainless steel. This can have a variety of exhaust, decompression, deflation valve, but usually just a line.
Syringe. At the moment the product is injected into the product, there is a syringe point. This is a one-way valve so when the metering pump pushes a certain amount of product into the line it can overcome the pressure in the delivery line and allow the product to flow out. Once the product is released or the pump is out of service, the check valve will prevent liquid in the transfer line from rising to the metering line and damaging the pump. The syringe also has a nozzle that allows the product to be delivered to the center of the fluid rather than the side wall. Over time, certain products, especially acids and oxidizers, such as chlorine or peroxide, can corrode the walls of the pipe if released at the edges of the stream.
6. Control system. Occasionally there is a control system installed to ensure the accuracy of the metering pump and to open and close at a specific time. This can be as simple as a timer or flow switch until the entire SCADA or similar central control system has sensors for pH, chlorine and similar variable rate control to raise and lower the metered level. It may also be integrated into more complex operating systems.
