 1、产品介绍
CFH 型防弧线夹是一种新型结构的产品，其主要安装在线路绝缘子的负荷侧，具有防止10-20KV 架空导线雷击断线功能。安装施工方便，性能可靠，为电力部门提供了一条投资少收效大的有效措 施。根据用户需要采用剥皮型的非穿刺式防弧线夹型号为：CFH-50/240B； 穿刺式防弧线夹型号为： CFH-50/240。

2、结构特点

♥主要由绝缘护罩、压紧螺母、穿刺压块、线夹座、引弧棒和绝缘套管等组成。

♥引弧棒和线夹座装配连接咸体，当雷击发生时，引弧棒和绝缘子（或横担）金属件之间放电，使续流工频电弧 移动到引弧棒上烧灼，从而保护绝缘导线不受损伤。

♥CFH-50/240型穿刺式防弧线夹具有穿刺式的刺齿构造，安装施工方便，不需剥除绝缘导线绝缘层，避免线芯进 水和腐蚀，臧轻操作人员的劳动强度。

♥能耐受多次工频大电流电弧的烧灼

5、安装方法

1本产品安装在线路绝缘子（例如P-15柱式绝缘子）的负荷侧，剥皮型的按示图2要剥开绝缘层6580mm左右， 把防弧线夹紧固在导线上，穿刺式的夹线方式有2种 (1)力矩螺母的紧固方法将绝缘导线尽量平行卡进线夹槽 内，先用手拧紧力矩螺母，再用套筒扳手交替均匀拧紧至力矩螺母顶端脱落为止。(2)根据导线截面积及天气温度 设定扭力扳手扭力值2635Nm，用扭力扳手交替、对称拧紧2个压力螺母，用肉眼检查导线绝缘层贴紧线夹弧 槽，看不见剌齿根都即可。然后拧紧备紧螺母，防止压力螺母松动。

2安装时按示图及放电间隙安装尺寸表调整本产品和线路绝缘子之间的距离。

3绝缘护罩安装在线夹座的外部，用固定扣固定绝缘护罩。（具体请参照产品安装说明书
