EOCRSS-05S过载冲击式电动机保护器-施耐德
① 电源指示:A1,A2供电后闪烁,配合故障指示灯指示运行状态
② 故障指示:当故障动作后常亮,配合电源指示灯指示运行状态
③ 过电流值:也称负载电流值。根据负载选择
④ 启动延迟时间:根据电动机从启动到正常平稳运行的时间设置(秒)
⑤ 掉电安全模式:又称安全模式。供电电源A1、A2通电状态下,当设置为N时,输出触点95-96NC,97-98NO,会常态被激励发生反转即:95-96打开,97-98闭合。按照变化后状态进行二次侧回路设计。当故障动作后恢复至95-96闭合,97-98打开。
当设置为R时,输出触点95-96NC,97-98NO,不会因A1、A2是否通电而发生状态变化。仅在通电且发生动作后反转即:95-96打开,97-98闭合。按照常态进行二次侧回路设计。
⑥ 自检测:EOCR通过内部模拟过电流现象判断自身是否故障。按动时间为过电流动作时间O-Time后,输出触点发生变化,即判断自身完好。反之,产品存在问题
⑦ 复位:当动作跳闸后需要进行恢复原始状态,手动按动RESET
⑧ 过电流动作时间:实际运行电流值大于设定过电流值后动作跳闸需要的延迟时间(秒)
⑨ 工作电源:EOCR控制电源,根据相应规格接入
⑩ 动作输出触点:当发生故障后输出的干接点信号1a1b
