QJ2-40型气体继电器 1. 用途 The use
QJ2-40型气体继电器主要用于保护各种类型的油浸式全密封变压器的安全运行。必要时将变压器从电网中切除。
A gas relay in QJ2-40 is mainly used for protection of safe running of various types of oil-immersed fully sealed transformer. If necessary, the transformer will be cut off from the power grid.

3. 气体继电器的结构及其工作原理 The structure and the work principle of the gas relay
3.1 气体继电器外部结构如图所示:The outer structure of the gas relay is following:
内部由浮子及两个干簧接点构成,接点闭合将报警信号或切除信号通过接线端子输出。
The inner is composed of float and two spring contacts and the contact closing makes alarm signal or cutting signal output by the connection terminal.
3.2 气体继电器的工作原理 The work principle of the gas relay
当变压器内部出现故障,变压器油分解而产生气体或温度下降而少油,此时气体聚集在继电器的气室内,迫使油面下降,浮子随油面下降,当油面下降到一定程度时,首先报警信号接点接通,发出报警信号。若油面继续下降,到一定程度时,切除信号接点接通,发出切除信号,将变压器从电网中切除,从而达到保护变压器的目的。
When the fault takes place inside of the transformer, the transformer oil is decomposed to produce o gas or make the temperature drop to result to less oil. At this time, the gas is gathered in the gas interior of the relay to force the oil level to drop and the float will drop with the oil level. When the oil level is dropped to a certain degree, the alarm signal contact is connected to send the alarm signal out at first. If the oil level continually drops to some degree, the cutting signal contact is connected to send the cutting signal out to cut the transformer off from the power grid to reach at the purpose of the protection of the transformers.

6. 使用及维护 The use and the maintenance
6.1 产品出厂前,已经过调试和密封试验,无特殊情况下不要随意拆卸,以免影响产品的准确度和密封性能。
Before the products leave the factory, they have been adjusted and test. In common case, they should not been disassembled arbitrarily, so as not to affect the accuracy and the sealing performance of the products.
6.2 为方便气体继电器进行现场检修,其安装位置应保证气体继电器芯体能从壳体中取出。
In order to help the repair of the gas relay in site, its installation location should ensure the core body of the gas relay to be able to be removed from the shell.
6.3 气体继电器必须安装在变压器油箱箱盖上,便于收集气体。安装法兰和密封垫由继电器生产厂提。
The gas relay must be installed on the tank cover of the transformer to facilitate the collection of gas. The installed flanges and the seal gaskets will be provided by the relay manufacturer.
6.4 放气及收集气样:将放气阀上的防尘盖拧下,旋动内部的小六角气阀即可放气。若在放气嘴上接一内径Φ6的胶管,即可收集气样。
The Deflation and collecting gas samples: Turn the dust cover on the releasing valve off and turning the small inner hex valve can release gas. If connect a hose with Φ6 diameter to the releasing nozzle, it can collect the gas sample.
6.5 电气接线:1、2端子接报警信号,3、4端子接切除信号(见A向图)。

6.6 安装时不得将浮子外保护罩去掉.

7. 投运前测试 The test before put into operation
投入运行前,利用气体继电器顶盖上的探针可进行动作特性的测试。先拧下探针顶上的防尘盖,缓慢按下探针,将依次发出报警信号和切除信号。如不能发出信号,请检查接线是否正确,若确认接线正确仍不能发出信号,请立即与我公司,我公司将迅速予以解决。
Before put into operation, use the probe on the cap of the gas relay can carry out the test of the action characteristic. At first, turn off the duct cap on the probe and press the probe down slowly, it will send alarm signals and cutting signals out I order. If it can not send a signal out, check if the wiring is correct.
