面议
OPGW光缆,也称光纤复合架空地线,把光纤放置在架空高压输电线的地线中,用以构成输电线路上的光纤通信网,这种结构形式兼具地线与通信双重功能,一般称作OPGW光缆。本文主要提供客户选型指导,帮助客户快速选型,节约宝贵时间。
由于光纤具有抗电磁干扰、自重轻等特点,它可以安装在输电线路杆塔顶部而不必考虑架挂位置和电磁腐蚀等问题。因而,OPGW光缆具有较高的可靠性、*的机械性能、成本也较低等显著特点。这种技术在新敷设或更换现有地线时尤其合适和经济。
常见的OPGW光缆结构 主要有三大类:分别是铝管型、铝骨架型和(不锈)钢管型。
OPGW光缆的应用
OPGW光缆主要在500KV 、220KV 、110KV电压等级线路上使用,受线路停电、安全等因素影响,多在新建线路上应用。常与ADSS光缆配套使用。
OPGW光缆的特点:
(1)高压超过110kv的线路,档距较大(一般都在250M以上);
(2)易于维护,对于线路跨越问题易解决,其机械特性可满足线路大跨越;
(3)OPGW外层为金属铠装,对高压电蚀及降解无影响;
(4)OPGW在施工时必须停电,停电损失较大,所以在新建110kv以上高压线路中应该使用OPGW;
(5)OPGW的性能指标中,短路电流越大,越需要用良导体做铠装,则相应降低了抗拉强度,而在抗拉强度一定的情况下,要提高短路电流容量,只有增大金属截面积,从而导致缆径和缆重增加,这样就对线路杆塔强度提出了安全问题。
