兔抗人小鼠IgG免疫血清抗体本公司提供的荧光抗体是将抗血清,经纯化成抗体IgG成分,采用直接标记方法,将异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC美国sigma产品)及异硫氰酸罗达明荧光素(红色)(RBITC, sigma产)共价交联到抗体(IgG)分子的赖氨酸分子上,并经过纯化、蛋白量、FITC、RBITC浓度及效价鉴定而制成。
兔抗人小鼠IgG免疫血清抗体应用范围:
1.用于细菌、病毒、梅毒螺旋体、钩端螺旋体等微生物的抗原或抗体检查。
2.用于临床自身免疫病的多种自身抗体荧光检查,如抗核抗体,抗心肌抗体等。
3.细胞因子等检查的荧光流式细胞仪测定。
4.白细胞分型抗原的免疫荧光染色。
5.免疫组织及免疫病理中抗原,抗体检查,如各种肿瘤抗原检查。
主要性能:每支0.5ml液体,含有0.03%NaN3防腐,IgG蛋白,浓度在5mg左右,FITC为sigma异构体I,约在70?80μg/ml,495nm为zui大吸收峰。RBITC约20?40μg/mlzui大吸收555nm,zui大荧光光谱波长为600nm。工作浓度用0.01mol/LpH7.4PBS作1:10?1:20稀释使用,-20℃可保存一年,尽量少反复冻融。通称第二抗体。
