GVPC 琼脂基础选择性培养基
•选择性培养基均含有营养物(增菌剂)和抑菌剂(选择剂)。
•标本接种于这类培养基后,由于抑菌剂的选择性抑制作用,使所要分离的病原菌得到较好的繁殖,而其他菌被抑制。
•抑菌剂的种类很多,如孔雀绿、煌绿、柠檬酸钠、胆盐、四磺磺酸钠等,但抑菌剂的加入量需准确,有的可能水溶液无菌配制冷藏备用,有的又不耐高热,配制无需高压灭菌。

鉴别培养基
•鉴别培养基有一般鉴别培养基和选择性鉴别培养基之分。
•用于区别不同微生物种类的培养基称为一般鉴别培养基,此类培养基中一般不加抑菌剂而只含指示剂。
•在培养基中加入某种抑制剂和指示剂,以抑制某些细菌生长,而促进某种病原菌的繁殖,并使菌落具有一定特征,以助鉴别、分离。这类培养基称为选择性鉴别培养基。
厌氧菌培养基
•厌氧菌的分离、培养和鉴别用的培养基,称为厌氧菌培养基。
•由于厌氧菌自身缺乏有氧代谢*的各种酶,所以厌氧菌在正常的大气环境下既不能生长又不能生存。
•通常用心、脑或其他脏器浸液配制厌氧菌培养基,并常需加入硫乙醇酸钠、半胱氨酸、葡萄糖、肝块、肉渣、还原铁、脱脂棉或活性炭等还原剂和除氧材料
厌氧菌培养基
•在液体培养基中还可加入刃天青或美兰作氧化还原指示剂以观察培养基的含氧程度。
•使培养基保持较低的氧化还原电势,以保证厌氧菌生长的良好环境。也可在培养基表面加液体石蜡。
