1 用途和适用范围
1 Purpose and scope
BXD53防爆动力配电箱是按GB3836.1～83《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备 通用要求》，GB3836.2～83《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备 隔爆型电气设备“d”》设计和制造。配电箱主要用于1区或2区中含有爆炸性混合物为Ⅱ类B级T6组及以下爆炸危险场所，作为交流50Hz，额定电压至380V，分支回路额定电流100A的电路中作不频繁接通与分断之用，且具有过载和短路保护。
BXD53 explosion-proof power distribution box is GB3836.1 ~ 83 "explosive environment with universal explosion-proof electrical equipment requirements", GB3836.2 ～ 83 "electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres flameproof electrical apparatus" "d" design and manufacturing. Distribution box is mainly used for zone 1 or 2 region containing explosive mixtures for class II B and below T6 group explosive dangerous location, as the exchange of 50Hz, rated voltage to 380V, rated current 100A circuit branch circuit in less frequent switch-on and switch-off of use, with overload and short circuit protection.

配电箱外壳采用ZL102铸铝合金制成隔爆型主腔及接线腔，主腔内装有DZ20L系列断路器，通过操作机构及外壳手柄进行操作，每回路有“分”、“合”指示，且有指示灯显示，接线腔内有与主腔相贯通的接线端子，并有电缆引入装置，设有内外接地螺钉。

5 use and repair
5．1 将配电箱安装固定好，将进出线腔盖打开，把电缆通过引入装置接至接线端子上，接好内外接地线，检查无误后合上盖，用紧固件紧固，并把压紧螺母旋紧使电缆密封，完毕后即可使用。
