508次1、导体 Conductor
导体应采用紧压圆形绞合的铜、铝或铝合金导线。钢芯铝绞线线芯的钢芯则采用镀锌钢丝绞合而成。变压器引下线用的额定电压10kV架空绝缘电缆导体应采用TR型软铜圆线。
The materials of conductor shall be the twisted tightened cylinder copper, alumium or alumium alloy wires. The steel core shall be stranded galvanizing steel wires.
The aerial insulated cables with rated voltages of 10 kV, conductor which is used as drop wire of transformer shall be TR soft copper round wire.
2、导体屏蔽
额定电压为10kV架空绝缘电缆,除轻型薄绝缘结构外均应有导体屏蔽,导体屏蔽应为挤包的可交联的半导电屏蔽材料组成,以消除导体和绝缘间的电场集中。
额定电压为1kV架空绝缘电缆无内外屏蔽结构
Aerial insulation cables of rated voltages 10kV, besides light and thin insulated cable, shall have conductor screen which are extruded on cross-linked semi-conductor screen materials.
Aerial insulated cables with rated voltages 1 kV have no inner and outer screen.
3、绝缘
额定电压为10kV的架空绝缘电缆,绝缘应采用交联聚乙烯(XLPE)或高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)混合料,无半导电屏蔽层结构的架空电缆绝缘料应采用黑色耐候料。绝缘应紧密地挤包在导体或导体屏蔽上。
额定电压为0.6/1kV的架空绝缘电缆,绝缘采用耐候的聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯(PE)、交联聚乙烯(XLPE)为基的黑色混合料均匀挤包在导体上。
Aerial insulated cables with rated voltages of 10 kV, The insulation materials shall be the mixtures of XLPE or HDPE. The insulation materials of cables without semi-conductor screen shall be black weather-resistant materials. The insulation layer shall be extruded tighten on the conductors or conductor screens.
Aerial insulated cables of rated voltages 1kV, The insulation is the black mixtures whose main components are the extruding PVC, PE, XLPE on the cable cores.
4、绝缘屏蔽
额定电压为10kV的架空绝缘电缆,3芯绞合成缆的绝缘线芯,应有挤包的半导电绝缘屏蔽层,采用可剥离半导电屏蔽料。
Aerial insulated cables with rated voltages of 10 kV ,The insulation cores of 3-cores stranded cable shall have the extruded semi-conductor screen layer which shall be unstrippable semi-conductor screen materials.
3、成品电缆的标志cable marks
成品电缆的外护套表面印有厂名、型号、额定电压、芯数、标称截面和米数的连续标志。
The outer sheath of the cable shall have the following information printed at regular intervals throughout the length of the cable: Manufacturer's Name, Type of cable, Rated Voltage, the numbers of cores, Sectional Area and Meters Number of Continuous Marks.
