一、产品用途 Products application
交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆适用于配电网、工业装置或其他需要大容量用电领域,用于固定敷设在交流50Hz、额定电压6kV~35kV的电力输配电线路上,主要功能是输送电能。
交联聚乙烯绝缘阻燃电缆具有阻止火势在电缆电路蔓延的功能,可避免火灾事故扩大以减少损失,适用于地铁、遂道、高层建筑等电缆敷设密集程度较高的场所。
交联聚乙烯绝缘无卤低烟阻燃电缆具有优良的阻燃性、耐腐蚀性及低烟浓度,是一种环保型产品,适用于地铁、商场、学校等人员密集型场所。
上述产品为通常条件下使用的产品,不适用一些特殊条件的场合,如水下、船用、核电站等。
XLPE polyethylene insulated power cables, This product is applicable to being fixedly laid on the transmission and distribution line of alternative current rating 50Hz and rated voltage up to 6/35 kV with the use for power transmission, which is applied to the range of distribution network, industrial equipments, high electricity consumption places etc.
XLPE polyethylene insulated flame-retardant power cables, The product has good performance on preventing fire burning on the circuit, which can avoid fire accidents and losses. The products can be used in subway, tunnels and high-rise buildings etc.
XLPE polyethylene insulated low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant power cables, The environmental product has good performance on flame-retardant, corrosion resistance and low-smoke, which is suitable to be laid in crowded places, such as subway, shopping mall or schools etc.
This product is the normal used cable, not suitable for some special places, such asunder water, ship, nuclear station, etc.
二、产品主要技术特点 Technique features
交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆采用过氧化物交联的方法,使聚乙烯分子由线型分子结构变为三维网状结构,由热塑性材料变成热固性材料,工作温度从70℃提高到90℃,显著提高电缆的载流能力。
交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆具有*的电气性能、耐热性能、耐化学性能、耐环境应力开裂性能、抗老化性能,具有长期的使用寿命。
无卤低烟阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆具有优良的阻燃特性,护套材料不含卤素,能够保证在燃烧时只释放少量的毒性和腐蚀性气体,具有产生烟雾较少等特点,是一种环保型的新产品,同时具有*的电气性能、耐热性能、耐化学性能、耐环境应力开裂性能、抗老化性能,具有长期的使用寿命。
本产品结构简单,制造周期短,易于安装和维护,敷设时不受落差限制。
XLPE polyethylene insulated power cables, this product is manufactured by parasitical cross-linking procedure, the straight-chain polyethylene will be changed as network structure by use this method, which transformed thermoplastic material into thermosetting material. The working temperature is up to 90℃, which can raise the cable current capacity highly.
XLPE polyethylene insulated power cables, the product has good performance on electrical characteristic, heat resistance, chemical resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and aging resistance, all which make the cable has a long useful life.
XLPE polyethylene insulated low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant power cables; the product is a new environmental protected cable with good flame-retardant performance, which just releases few poisonous and corrosive gases. The product has good performance on electrical characteristic, heat resistance, chemical resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and aging resistance, all which makes the cable has a long useful life.
The product characteristic is simple structure, short production period, easy installation and maintained, especially there is no limit of head drop during the cable laying.

四、使用特性 Operating characteristics
- 额定电压 Rated Voltage
电缆额定电压U0/U(Um)表示方法如下:
Rated Voltage of cable U0/U(Um),as follow:
U0/U(Um)=3.6/6(7.2)-6/6(7.2)-6/10(12)-8.7/10(12)-8.7/15(17.5)-12/20(24)-18/30(36)-21/35(40.5)-26/35(40.5)kV。
其中:
U0:电缆设计用的导体对地或金属屏蔽之间的额定工频电压;
U:电缆设计用的导体间的额定工频电压;
Um:设备可承受的“zui高系统电压”的zui大值。
电缆的额定电压应适合电缆所在系统的运行条件。为了便于选择电缆,将系统划分为下列三类:
——A类:任一相导体与地或接地导体接触时,能在1min内与系统隔离。
——B类:可在单相接地故障时作短时运行,但任何情况下不宜超过8h,每年接地故障总持续时间不宜超过125h。
——C类:包括不属于A类和B类的系统。
注:在系统接地故障不能立即自动解除时,故障期间加在电缆绝缘上过高的电场强度,会在一定程度上缩短电缆寿命。如系统预期会经常地运行在持久的接地故障状态下,该系统应划为C类。
Notes:
U0:Rated A.C. Voltage between conductor and ground/metal screen;

Um:The maximum system voltage which the equipments can be beared。
The rated voltage of cable shall be applicable to system operation condition where the cable lain in. According to cable selecting, the system will be described as 3 types as follow:
System category A ──This category comprises those systems in which any phase conductor that comes in contact with earth or an earth conductor. is disconnected from the system within 1 min.
System category B ──This category comprises those system which, under fault conditions ,are operated ,are operated for shortage with one phase earthed. This period should not exceed 1 h. .Foray longer period, not exceeding 8h on any occasion, can be tolerated. The total duration of earth faults in any year should not exceed 125h.
System category C── This category comprises all systems which do not fall into A and B。
When the system earth fault can't be removed automatically, the life of cable will be shortened in some degree because of the over-high electric stress bewared by cable insulation.
用于三项系统的电缆,U0的推荐值见表1。

- 导体额定工作温度
电缆导体的zui高额定工作温度为90℃。
短路时(zui长持续时间不超过5s)电缆导体的zui高温度不超过250℃。
The rated temperature of conductor
The maximum assigned temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃.
During having a short circuit, lasting less than 5 seconds, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above 250℃.
- 敷设环境温度
电缆敷设时的环境温度应不低于0℃,否则需要事先预热。
Ambient temperature for laying
The ambient temperature for laying shall be above 0℃, otherwise the cable need be preheated.
- 安装弯曲半径
The bend radius
安装时电缆zui小弯曲半径见表2。

- 敷设方式 Laying
电缆没有敷设落差限制。
电缆允许敷设在室内、室外、空气中和土壤中,允许局部有积水。
电缆敷设方式可以是隧道、管道、电缆沟、桥架、排管,铠装电缆允许直埋地下,钢丝铠装电缆允许垂直敷设。
单芯电缆不允许敷设在磁性金属管内。
电缆敷设环境应有良好的散热条件。
There is no limit of head drop during the cable laying.
The cable may be laid in indoor, outdoor, air and soil. The cable may be immersed in water locally.
The cable may be laid in tunnel, pipe, trench, conduit and on cable bridge. The armored cable can be laid underground, and the wire- armored cable can be laid vertically.
The single core cable mustn't be laid in the magnetic metal pipes.
The environment of cable laying shall be in good heat dissipation condition.
- 电缆敷设时导体zui大允许牵引力和电缆zui大允许侧压力

导体zui大允许牵引力计算方法:
The calculating method of the maximum allowed haul-off force :
——铜导体(Cu):F=70×S(N/mm2)。
——铝导体(Al):F=40×S(N/mm2)。
侧压力计算方法:The calculating method of the maximum allowed lateral pressure:
P=F÷R(N/m),zui大允许侧压力不超过3000N/m。

式中:F-牵引力,N; F-Lateral pressure,N;

- 电缆运输和保管要求 :
电缆盘不允许平放。
运输中严禁从高处扔下装有电缆的电缆盘,严禁机械损伤电缆。
电缆如果需要分段使用,电缆分段后必须用防水封帽将电缆头密封,防止进水。
The requirements on transportation and storage:
The cable reels shall not be delivered and stored in flat state.
It is strictly forbidden to push the cable reel from the high level in order to prevent the cable from damages
If the cable should be used sectionally, the head of the cable must be sealed in order to prevent water intake.

七、产品结构Product structure
1、导体 Conductor
铜导体采用TR型软铜线,铝导体采用LY4型或LY6型硬铝线,经绞合、紧压而成,其中800mm2及以下导体采用紧压圆形结构,1000mm2及以上导体采用分割导体结构。
The materials of copper conductor shall be TR soft copper wire which are stranded and extruded. The materials of the aluminum conductor shall be LY4 OR LY6 hard aluminum wire which are stranded and extruded. The structure of conductors whose sectional area is 800mm2 and below shall be tightened cylinder, and the structure of conductors whose sectional area are 1000mm2 and above shall be segmental.
2、导体屏蔽Conductor screen
采用交联型半导电屏蔽料,标称截面500mm2及以上导体屏蔽由绕包半导电带和挤包半导电层复合组成。
The materials shall be cross-linked semiconductor screen material. The screen materials of conductors whose sectional area are 500mm2 and above shall be compounded overlapped semi-conductive tape and extruded semi-conductive layer.
3、绝缘Insulation
采用交联聚乙烯(XLPE)挤包在导体屏蔽上。
The insulation shall be the XLPE extruded on the conductor screen.
4、绝缘屏蔽Insulation screen
采用挤包型可剥离交联半导电屏蔽料。
The insulation screen shall be the extruding unstrippable semi-conductor screen material.
导体屏蔽、绝缘和绝缘屏蔽采用三层共挤一次成型。
The conductor screen, insulation and insulation screen are extruded simultaneously and foamed one step.
5、金属屏蔽 Metal screen
采用软铜带或铜丝,铜带为单层重叠绕包,铜丝为多根同心绞合,直接包覆在每根绝缘线芯之外。电压等级为35kV电缆,标称截面500mm2及以上电缆应采用铜丝屏蔽结构,其表面应用反向绕包的铜丝或铜带扎紧。
The metal screen shall be soft copper tape whose tapping mode will be single layer overlapping and copper wire whose tapering mode will be multiple concentric stranding. The two kinds of metal screen will be coated on every insulated cores .The cable with nominal sectional area 500mm2 and above and voltage 35kV shall used copper wire as their screen structures ,whose surface will be tightened by tapered copper tape or copper wire.
6、隔离套(有铠装电缆)Inner sheath(Armoured cables)
采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)或聚乙烯(PE)挤包在缆芯上。
The separated sheath is the extruding PVC or PE on the cable cores.
7、铠装 Armoured
多芯电缆采用镀锌钢带或镀锌钢丝,用于交流回路的单芯电缆采用非磁性金属带或金属丝(见第五条)。
金属带采用双层间隙绕包,金属丝采用多根同心绞合。
注:大量事实证明,采用某种特殊结构铠装(如添加铜丝的隔磁结构)的单芯电缆用于交流回路时均出现电缆发热导致载流量大为下降的现象,所以不推荐采用。
The amour of the multiple cable shall be zinc-plated steel tape or wire, but the amour of the single cable used in AC circuit shall be non-magnetic metal-tape or metal-wire. The tapering mode of metal tape should adopt double layer open tapering, and the mode of metal wire shall multiple concentric stranding.
Note: A large number of facts show that the single cable with the special structure amour in the AC circuit exists the heating phenomenon, thus causing the reduction of current capacity. The manufacturer don't suggest to adopt this kind cable.
8、外护套Outer sheath
交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆采用ST2型聚氯乙烯护套料或ST7型聚乙烯(PE)护套料挤包在铠装、金属屏蔽或缆芯上。

XLPE insulated power cables, The materials of outer sheath are extruding ST2 PVC or ST7 PE on amour, insulation or cable cores.
XLPE insulated flame-retardant power cables, The materials of outer sheath are extruding flame-retardant PVC or flame-retardant PE on amour, insulation or cable cores.
XLPE insulated low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant power cables, The low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant sheath materials is extruded on amour, metal screen or cable cores.
9、成品电缆的标志Cable marks
成品电缆的外护套表面印有厂名、型号、额定电压、芯数、标称截面和米数的连续标志。
The outer sheath of the cable shall have the following information printed at regular intervals throughout the length of the cable: Manufacturer's Name, Type of cable, Rated Voltage, the numbers of cores, Sectional Area and Meters Number of Continuous Marks.
