人神经营养因子3（NT-3）ELISA试剂盒用于实验检验的ELISA主要有以下几种类型：

包装：150*120（液体盒装）
规格：分为48T和96T两种规格。每次实验的标准曲线一般设7个不同浓度，加上空白孔，标准曲线一共需要8个孔。因此，一个48T试剂盒zui多可以测定40个样本（不做重复且一次用完），一个96T试剂盒zui多可以测定88个样本（不做重复且一次用完）。可以根据实际样本数量和实验计划选择合适的产品规格。

有的试剂盒是采用竞争ELISA法：小分子抗原或半抗原因为缺乏可作夹心法的两个以上的位点，因此不能用双抗体夹心法进行测定，可以采用竞争法。其原理是标本中的抗原和固相载体上的抗原竞争*化抗体上的结合位点，标本中抗原量含量愈多，结合在固相上的*化抗体愈少，人神经营养因子3（NT-3）ELISA试剂盒zui后的显色也愈浅，即显色深浅与样本中的抗原浓度成反比。小分子激素、药物等ELISA测定多用此法。
