进口脱硫泵概述
单级单吸卧式脱硫泵,主要用作吸收塔循环泵使用,具有流量范围宽、高效节能等优点。该系列泵配有结构紧凑的X型托架,可大大节约占地空间。同时,我公司针对脱硫系统用泵特点开发了多种材料。
脱硫泵系可分为:泵头部件、轴封部件和传动部件。
1、泵头部件:
脱硫泵为双泵壳结构,即前、后泵壳带有可更换的金属内衬,包括前、后护板、护套、叶轮。前、后泵壳为垂直中开结构,其材质分别采用普通灰口铸铁、球墨铸铁或铸钢。前后泵壳用螺栓连接,后泵壳有止口与托架连接,泵的吐出口一般可按八个方位360度旋转,叶轮前后盖板带有背叶片,以减少泄漏,提高泵的使用寿命和效率,TL型泵叶轮与轴为螺纹连接,这样拆装方便些。
2、轴封部件:
轴封采用机械密封:具有无泄漏、可靠性高,适于输送贵重、有毒或强腐蚀性浆体。
3、传动部件:
脱硫泵一般采用同一系列的传动部件,包括托架和轴承组件。其泵轴直径大、刚性好、悬臂短,在恶劣的工况下也不会弯曲变形和振动,根据传递的功率不同,选用深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承、普通重型单列或双列圆锥滚子轴承。轴承采用稀油润滑(或脂润滑),轴承体两端的压盖、高速油封(或端盖、迷宫套及迷宫环)等,可有效地防止渣浆等污物进入轴承,保证轴承能够安全运行,具有较高的寿命。

1.采用可更换的硬质合金内衬或橡胶内衬的双泵壳结构,具有良好的耐磨、耐腐蚀性,易于维护、可靠性高。
2.后拆式结构,在不拆卸进、出口管路的情况下,方便的检查或更换叶轮与机械密封。

1、高效节能:
一般的杂质泵输送浆体时,其效率总是下降的,而且浓度越高,粒径越大,降低的幅度也越大。而二相流渣浆泵输送浆体时,其效率一般高于清水。这是因为泵的水力设计是以固液二相流场设计的,对清水和渣浆的输送来讲, 美国泰乐脱硫泵更适应浆体的运输,同时该系列泵的零件表面光洁度高,配合间隙小,容积效率高,综合效率比非金属泵高5%以上。
2、耐腐蚀、耐磨蚀、使用寿命长:
过流部件采用全金属高铬合金Cr30,耐磨损与耐磨蚀兼顾。表面晶间间隙小,且有优良的耐氯化腐蚀及更高的机械性能。年磨损量仅为0.56mm/年。具有使用寿命长的优点。
3、节水环保:
轴封采用机械密封方式,取代盘根加副叶轮的密封方式,冲洗水流量1m3/h即可,大大减少了工业用水。实现了节水、密封性好、无泄漏的要求。由于不采用副叶轮,使泵的运行效率提高了3%以上。同时也大大减轻了操作者的维修劳动强度。

1, pump head parts:
