小鼠羟*【Hyp】ELISA试剂盒可以：（1）免疫酶染色各种细胞内成份的定位。（2）研究抗酶抗体的合成。（3）显现微量的免疫沉淀反应。（4）定量检测体液中抗原或抗体成份。
目前使用的酶联免疫检测方法很多，其种类按检测目的可分为：
间接法——用于测定抗体
双抗体夹心法——主要用于测定大分子抗原
竞争抑制法——主要用于测定小分子抗原
只能用于研究用途，不得用于医学诊断。
【检测范围】：20mIU/L→0.312mIU/L。
【敏感性】：小鼠羟*【Hyp】ELISA试剂盒＜0.05mIU/L
【特异性】：系统和其它因子无交叉反应。

传统的ELISA结果只报告“阳性”或者“阴性”，但不能解决“灰区”的问题，因此引入“可疑”的报告方式是比较合理和科学的，同时对结果做必要的说明，如“结果已经复查，建议定期复查或定量检测”；对于HBeAb、HBcAb检测，由于各试剂盒CO值差异及变异系数大等因素，结果缺乏可比性，位于CO值附近的标本复查结果阴阳性只是概率事件，另外HBcAb存在原倍和1：30检测模式及定量检测模式，减小室内变异的同时必须引入阳性和弱阳性的报告方式。
