兔抗人白蛋白抗体本公司提供的荧光抗体是将抗血清，经纯化成抗体IgG成分，采用直接标记方法，将异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC美国sigma产品）及异硫氰酸罗达明荧光素（红色）（RBITC, sigma产）共价交联到抗体（IgG）分子的赖氨酸分子上，并经过纯化、蛋白量、FITC、RBITC浓度及效价鉴定而制成。
兔抗人白蛋白抗体应用范围：
1.用于细菌、病毒、梅毒螺旋体、钩端螺旋体等微生物的抗原或抗体检查。
2.用于临床自身免疫病的多种自身抗体荧光检查，如抗核抗体，抗心肌抗体等。
3.细胞因子等检查的荧光流式细胞仪测定。
4.白细胞分型抗原的免疫荧光染色。
5.免疫组织及免疫病理中抗原，抗体检查，如各种肿瘤抗原检查。
主要性能：每支0.5ml液体，含有0.03%NaN3防腐，IgG蛋白，浓度在5mg左右，FITC为sigma异构体I，约在70？80μg/ml,495nm为zui大吸收峰。RBITC约20？40μg/mlzui大吸收555nm,zui大荧光光谱波长为600nm。工作浓度用0.01mol/LpH7.4PBS作1：10？1：20稀释使用，-20℃可保存一年，尽量少反复冻融。通称第二抗体。
