内容 1.重组大鼠Activin A冻干标准品，10ng/管，总2管。
  2.预包被抗大鼠Activin A抗体的96孔板。
  3.样品稀释液，30ml。
  4.*标记抗大鼠Activin A，130μl，效价1：100。
  5.抗体稀释液，12ml。
  6.亲和素-过氧化物酶复合物(ABC)，130μl，效价1：100。
  7.ABC稀释液，12ml。
  8.TMB显色液，10ml。
  9.TMB终止液，10ml。
背景资料 Activins, inhibins, 属于TGFβ家族，是由二硫键构成的二聚体蛋白质。其生理功能相当广泛：中胚层诱导、神经细胞分化、骨成型、血管再生、生殖生理等。Activin是各种β亚单位的二聚体；Inhibin是一条α亚单位和各种β亚单位的二聚体。已经克隆出5个β亚单位，βA，βB，βC，βE，XenopusβD。Activin A由二个βA构成二聚体。本试剂盒所用标准品为重组Activin A(大鼠和大鼠、大鼠*同源)，由二条116个氨基酸的单链组成，分子量26KDa。

ELISA试剂盒常见组成部分： 
1）大鼠激活素A(Activin A)检测试剂盒酶和底物：在ELISA中zui常用的酶为HRP和ALP。
2）抗体：在ELISA中应用的抗体可分为多克隆抗体(多抗)和单克隆抗体(单抗)。
3）抗原：在ELISA中应用的抗原要求有较高的特异性、亲和力和纯度。主要有三类，即自然抗原、人工合成抗原和基因重组抗原。
4 大鼠激活素A(Activin A)检测试剂盒包被：将免疫活性物质(抗原或抗体)结合于固相载体上的过程称为包被。常用的材料有聚苯乙烯、硝酸纤维薄膜等；常用的方法有吸附法、化学交联法及亲和素-*间接包被法。
5）固相载体：固相载体是ELISA中用以分离结合标记物和游离标记物的主要手段，应与各种免疫活性物质有良好的结合性能并且不改变其免疫活性。常用的固相载体有聚苯乙烯塑料和硝酸纤维素膜。
