晟邦减速电机部分零件及规范说明：
A）减速机齿轮经SKIVING精密滚齿加工，齿轮精度等级为1-2级。
齿轴材质为SCM21，调质至HRC21°再经渗碳处理至HRC58°~ 61°
B）马达轴承皆采用瑞典SKF精密轴承，以确保*运转寿命。
C）马达轴侧以耐高温VITON油封为主，可确保防止润滑油回漏马达内部。
D）三相马达采标准全密闭型铝壳马达配IP-55铝制接线盒，具较佳防水性及防尘性，易散热及运转效率高。
E）马达后盖采用防水型，於轴心处加置油封，可防止灰尘及外部水气流入马达。
F）马达以全压启动方式定格为连续运转，马达线圈绝缘等级为F级（马达zui高等级）；依据/国家标准可制作世界各个国家使用的电压。
