称重式连续料位测量，主要应用于钢结构支撑的料仓或料斗内固体、液体和浆状物料的连续料位测量。 安装方便，不受高温、粉尘、蒸汽、紊流、泡沫或腐蚀性物料的影响。
工作原理： 在料仓的钢结构支撑上安装应力传感器，当料仓内料位变化时，料仓钢结构支撑上的受力也相应变化。这种变化很小，但拉姆齐应力传感器能够精确的测量。通过对传感器信号的处理，就可得到准确的料位。
GZ-1应力传感器： 直接安装在料仓、料斗钢结构支撑上的应力传感器。外形为直径19mm的圆柱形，安装时在支撑上钻孔，然后用专用安装工具将GZ-1挤进孔内。

应力计算：
1.适用范围：有金属支撑体的料仓，还需计算应力
2.应力(Kg/cm2)计算：105 Kg/cm2 <应力<1000 Kg/cm2

（2）水平结构应力切向应力＝P/2xNxDxTW

3. 传感器安装数量根据支撑型式和现场情况确定，但多个传感器可以使不均衡载荷得以平均，提高精度。
