防爆电子皮带秤系统特点

远程控制功能：在地面控制室可直接对井上皮带秤进行管理操作，无需到井上使用地点，打开仪表防爆壳违章操作。

井上秤体部分突破性加入独立工作系统的智能计算机，使多台秤体信号只需一对电话线进行数据传输，中间不叫任何转换器，控制距离最远达35公里，保证数据传输真实性。

井上秤体部分的智能计算机还具有短线计量保护功能，保证在主机系统断电活通讯终端的情况下，秤体部分各秤自成系统，独立运算，记忆断线期间的产量，待主机系统或通信回复后，将数据传送给主机，自动累加。

地面工控系统PC机位Windows2000或WindowsXP系统下开发，工业组态软件编程。
