Appendix 1

Common troubleshooting of contactless push button

1. Unable to call the elevator by pressing the key.

Check if S+ and S- are connected reversely.

2. After pressing the button to call the elevator, the button backlight cannot be lit.

Check whether L+ and L- are connected reversely.

3. The button cannot be sensed (triggered) normally.

Check whether the front of the button is blocked by other light-blocking objects.
