致茂电子推出太阳电池阵列模拟电源,型号62000H-S系列提供可模拟太阳电池阵列的开路电压(Voc)达1800V及短路电流(Isc)达30A于3U高电源模块,且具有响应快速之设计以模拟太阳电池的输出I-V曲线,此可应用于光伏逆变器、微逆变器及太阳能充电器的功率追踪(MPPT)效能测试。
此62000H-S系列具有高速100k Hz的数字化资料撷取连续量测线路及数码滤波机制,及高速25kHz的D/A控制,此可精准地模拟I-V曲线,并且可响应光伏逆变器的拉载市电涟波效应于I-V曲线模拟时,单机内建EN50530 & Sandia太阳电池数学模型,使用者可简单地于单机前面板设定太阳电池I-V特性(Voc/Isc/Vmp/Imp)后输出一模拟太阳电池阵列I-V曲线予光伏逆变器测试其静态MPPT性能。
另外实际太阳电池(Solar Array)阵列会因天候如照度、温度、云遮或下雨而影响输出I-V曲线,此62000H-S系列单机可让使用者储存100条I-V曲线,且可设定每条曲线欲执行输出时间,此可让使用者测试光伏逆变器于不同地区下天候条件的长时间功率追踪性能。
62000H-S系列具备16bit高分辨率的数码控制及精准的电压及电流量测机制,并搭配图形化操作软件(Softpanel),此可实时地测试及显示光伏逆变器的功率追踪状况,且测试MPPT EFF%读值,另外使用者可选择欲储存的量测读值于软体上。
大功率太阳电池阵列模拟需求于商业用及发电站用光伏逆变器测试时,使用者可简单地并联方式连接二台或多台电源模块以整合为1.5MW系统。62000H-S系列电源供应器具有主/从并联控制模式达16台288kW输出,使并联操作模式快速又简易,在此模式中,使用者只需透过前面板或远端数码控制主(Master unit)单机,系统会自动将设定数值下载资料到从属(Slave unit)单机,具有高速同步讯号控制处理,且系统具有自动均流控制。
62 000 H-S系列直流电源供应器操作非常简单,从前面板按键或远端控制器经由Ethernet/ USB/RS232/RS485/GPIB/APG控制界面。其具有3U精巧尺寸,可毫无困难的以标准机架堆栈于机台上。
