801圆锥弯曲测试仪操作步骤
1．测定时将试板在适当位置夹住。
2．通过轧辊的旋转作用使试板环绕锥形轴弯曲。
3．在一定的旋转时间内和均匀的力弯曲样品180度。
4．取出样板并检查漆膜开裂情况。
5．记录开裂所在位置圆锥直径并量出开裂至弯曲轴直径*小端的距离。
备注：旋转样品至180度所需时间具体根据测试标准而定
ASRM D522（A）：开裂/剥离测试：1秒（或其它商定时间）
延展测试：15秒（或其它商定时间）
BS EN NF/ISO 6860(BS 3900-E11) 开裂/延展测试:2-3秒
801圆锥弯曲测试仪的样品尺寸
厚度：一般*高可达0.8mm,柔性材料*高为5mm
推荐尺寸为：19cmx11cm内
符合标准
