产品简介： | Digital Ultra-High Resistance / Micro Current Meter | | 8340A | | Overview | | The 8340A is a digital ultra-high resistance meter using an input amplifier gain switching type I-V converter, high-speed sampling A/D converter and low-noise high-response voltage generator. The 8340A is capable of resistance measurement ranging from 10Ω to 3 x 1016Ω and current measurement ranging from 10fA to 19.999mA with high speed and high accuracy.
The 8340A has a continuous variable DC voltage source ranging from 0.000V to 1000.0V for measuring high resistance. Thus, it can be used to test and inspect electric insulation materials such as synthetic resin and rubber, switches, connector and capacitors. With the use of the 12704A, surface resistivity rate and volume resistivity rate can be measured. In addition, ion current and leak current can be measured with high sensitivity and high accuracy.
The meter is equipped with a handler interface to be connected with external equipment such as automatic handlers and fixtures, and also with a GPIB interface. Thus, the 8340A contributes to the improvement of throughput in production lines and incoming inspections.
The 8340A is provided with a sequence program function to store measurement conditions and processes, allowing measurements under the same measurement conditions at the touch of a button.
