一、产品特点：主要用于测定煤中氟的测定，根据GB/T4633利用高温燃烧水解——氟离子选择性电极法测定煤中总氟量，可供煤炭、电力、冶金和地质勘探等部门的实验室使用。

I. Product characteristics: Mainly used to determine the fluorine in the coal. It determines the total fluorine in the coal by using the high temperature combustion hydrolyzing--fluoride ion selective electrode method in the national standard GB/T4633, and can be used by the laboratories of coal, power, metallurgy and geological prospecting sectors, etc.

1、本仪器集控温、搅拌及蒸汽量控制于一体，微电脑蒸汽多段控温，稳定性高，体积小，小功率耗电量小，测定精度高是目前实验室理想的氟含量测定仪器。

1. The meter integrates temperature control, mixing and steam amount control, with microcomputer for steam multi-stage temperature control, leading to high stability, small volume, small power consumption due to the small power and high determination accuracy, being an ideal fluorine content meter for the laboratories at present.

本仪器采用连续自动电子控温，实时控制升温电流，温度控制精确。

The meter uses the continuous automatic electronic temperature control, and controls the current for temperature rise in real time, resulting in accurate temperature control.

2、本仪器在一代设备的基础上，改进了送样装置，由人工送样改为连续自动送样，避免了人工送样，异径管爆燃易裂的弊端。

2. The sample presentation device of the meter is improved on the basis of the first-generation equipment: changed from manual sample presentation to continuous automatic sample presentation, to avoid the disadvantage of deflagration and easy crack of the reducing pipe during manual sample presentation.

3、送样更加稳定连续性强，送样时间精准，提高了检验结果的精确度，简化了实验人员的操作程序。

3. The sample presentation is more stable and has a strong continuity, and the sample presentation time is accurate, which increases the accuracy of the inspection result and simplifies the operating procedures of the experimenter.

4、采用单管式高温炉为燃烧炉，长寿命硅碳管加热器件，克服了双管长时间加热导致异径管变形，温度改变相互产生影响，造成检测样品的准确度误差增大、降低精度的缺点。

It uses single high-temperature tubular furnace as the combustion furnace and the long-life silicon-carbon tube heating element, to overcome the shortcomings that long-time heating by both tubular furnaces results in deformation of the reducing pipe, and temperature change generates mutual influence resulting in increase of the accuracy error and reduction of the accuracy of the tested samples.

5、本仪器操作集中、简单，容易控制避免了以前两支石英异径管所处位置不同，工作人员调试设备时费事、费时的情况。

5. The meter offers centralized and simple operations and is easy to control, to avoid the previous situation that the two quartz reducing pipes were in different positions thus it took trouble and time for the staff to debug the equipment.

6、外填充铝和硅酸铝保温棉以起到良好的保温性能和充分长度的恒温区。

6. Aluminum and aluminum silicate insulation cotton is filled externally to offer good thermal insulation performance and a constant temperature zone in a sufficient length.

7、本仪器采用微电脑控制，触摸液晶显示屏，显示更直观，数据存储量大，可自行编辑程序。

7. The meter is controlled by a microcomputer, with a touch LCD for more intuitive display, and can store a large amount of data and be programmed.
