概要：
试样溶解在含有少量水的甲苯异丙醇混合溶剂中，以氢氧化钾异丙醇标准溶液为滴定剂进行电位滴定，所用的电极对为玻璃指示电极甘汞参比电极，在手绘或自动绘制的电位滴定剂量的曲线上仅把明显突跃点作为终点，如果没有明显突跃点，则以相应的新配非水酸性或碱性缓冲溶液的电位值作为滴定终点。

使用意义和用途：
