This tester is a fully automatic instrument for the determination of low-temperature performance according to the standard test method ASTM D7683. PCNQ601C integrates many new technologies. The compact body has an ultra-fast refrigeration speed, a minimum refrigeration depth of - 90 ℃, and no additional cold source is required. A safe and environmentally-friendly metal bath is used, which eliminates the environmental pollution caused by the volatilization of liquid refrigerant and avoids the flammable safety hazard of traditional alcohol bath during the experiment. The detection process is automatic and the cold trap temperature is automatically adjusted during the test without manual intervention. ASTM D7683 was formally adopted in 2011. PCNQ601C adopts this method to accurately obtain the cloud point of the sample. In the test, the detection period of PCNQ601C can be set to 1 ℃ or 0.1 ℃. In this way, the detection accuracy of the instrument has been higher than the national standard.
