击穿强度耐电压测试仪50KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱壁的Z近距离大于250mm,试验时即使人接触箱壁也不会有危险。

击穿强度耐电压测试仪符合国标:GB/T1408-2006、ASTM (D)149试验方式:直流/交流:击穿试验、耐压试验、阶梯试验显示方式:曲线/数据显示,数据打印。试验空间:绝缘油/空气升压速率:0.1KV/S-3KV/S整机精度:≤2%关于击穿电压测试术语、定义及类型:1、耐电压值: 将电压升高到规定值,保持一定时间试样未被击穿,称此电压值为试样的耐电压值;2、击穿电压: 试样在某一电压作用下被击穿,此时的电压值称击穿电压;3、击穿电压强度: 试样的击穿电压与其厚度之比,称电压强度,以KV/mm表示。

 

击穿强度耐电压测试仪安全保护功能:
1、试验在试验箱中进行,试验箱门打开时电源加不到高压变压器输入端,即高压侧无电压。100KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱壁的zui近距离大于270mm,50KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱壁的zui近距离大于250mm,试验时即使人接触箱壁也不会有危险。
2、设备要安装单独的保护地线。接保护地线,主要是减少试样击穿时对周围产生的较强的电磁干扰。也可避免控制计算机失控。
3、该试验设备的电路设有多项保护措施,主要有:过流保护、过压保护、漏电保护、短路保护、直流试验放电报警,电磁放电等。
4、试验在试验箱中进行,试验箱门打开时电源加不到高压变压器输入端,即高压侧无电压。100KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱壁的zui近距离时安全距离,试验时即使人接触箱壁也不会有危险。
5、本仪器试验过程中如空气相对湿度大于70%,两电极间空气放电的距离会增加很多,所以试验中请与仪器保持1.2米的距离。
6、本仪器之控制计算机专为电压击穿试验机设计,请勿随意添加和删除程序或移作它用。
