自动压提环机

• 设备由进瓶输送线，模具输送线，放模具装置，压提环装置，取模具装置，模具，定位装置，架体，控制系统等组成。

• 设备动作分为放提环、放模具、压提环、取模具四个基本动作完成。首先由人工将提环放在模具上，然后由模具输送线输送至放模工位，放模装置将三个模具放在另个瓶子上，再由进瓶输送线将瓶子输送至压提环工位。压完提环后由取模装置将模具取放至模具输送线上，由模具输送线将模具输送至放提环工位循环使用。放模、压提环、取模工位瓶子均有定位装置将瓶子定位。

• After pressing the bail, the mold is taken and placed on the mold conveying line by the mold taking device, and the mold is transported to the bail placing station by the mold conveying line for recycling. There are positioning devices for the bottles in the mold release, pressure lifting ring and mold taking stations to position the bottles.
