◆ 特殊刀刃设计无需使用筛网，采用新式的剪切刀，就能削料头成颗料状，并减少粉尘的产生；
◆ 刀具采用高级工具钢SKD-11，经特殊工艺处理，更加经久耐用；
◆ 机身内部表面采用无电解镀镍，不仅增强最粉碎室的硬度，起到防锈作用，不对粉碎料造成污染；
◆ 马达装有超负荷保护装置，与电源联锁保护系统，确保机器及操作人员的安全；
◆ 入料斗采用防振不锈钢板制作，降低了噪音，链条式减速，马达转动，降低转速，增加扭力，使料头减少跳动及碰撞，以达到效果；
◆ 可加装自动比例新旧料混合，并配合吸料机运作，达到自动化生产立即回收效果。
